Terms & Conditions
These terms describe what you can expect from Solock and what we expect from you when you rent a locker or a beach set.
Last updated: 1 August 2026
Your reservation
A reservation is confirmed once payment succeeds. You receive a digital key in the app for the hub, date and duration you selected.
Prices and extending
Prices are shown per duration and include VAT. You can extend an active session from the app; the extension is charged at the rate shown before you confirm.
Cancellation
Cancel more than 2 hours before your start time for a full refund. Later cancellations and no-shows are not refunded, because the set and locker are reserved for you.
Using the locker
Keep your locker closed when you leave it. Do not store perishable, illegal, dangerous or living contents. Empty the locker before your session ends.
Beach sets
Loungers, parasols and extras stay on the beach and are used at the location where you booked them. Please report damage to the beach host.
Liability
Solock secures your belongings as well as reasonably possible, but you remain responsible for what you store. We are not liable for indirect damage or for items left behind after a session ends.
Support and issues
If a locker fails to open, contact support during your session. We can open the locker remotely or compensate the session where we fall short.
Applicable law
Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in The Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer rules point elsewhere.
